The Custom Jewelry Design Process

Step 1

Inquiry – reach out to us with your ideas, drawings or images and together we will finalize the details, design and price. Ben and Anat will be your personal assistances.

Step 2

After we agree on the design details and price, Ben the jewelry designer starts to work on the design. When the design is ready, before final production of crafting the ring in gold or platinum, we send you rendered images for your final confirmation.

Step 3

Once we have your ‘OK’ we will complete the craftsmanship of the ring. Your dream ring becomes a reality. Once completed we will be in touch with photos. The ring is shipped in our elegant ring box.

Project Time

Usually the design process takes approx. 2-3 business weeks. After confirmation of the design it takes approx. 2 business weeks to physically craft the ring in the desired metal, diamonds or gemstones. Then the jewelry is ready for shipping.

Shipping

The custom designed jewelry is shipped via private courier. Shipping is secure and insured via express delivery, door to door service, with signature confirmation and tracking number that includes frequent updates. Arrives within 2-4 business days.

Payment

After we agree on the price, your can pay securely via PayPal, credit card or wire transfer. We accept payment plans; usually 2-3 installments. Kindly note that only after payment is made in complete for the whole order we can ship your order.
