What are your return policies?

We offer 14 days from receiving the package, to notify us if you want to return the order for refund or exchange. Please contact us beforehand and we will supply you with the return shipping instructions and papers.

What guaranties do I have for the gold / platinum / diamonds and gemstones I order?
We only use the best materials. All our gold jewelry is solid genuine gold – 14k and 18k gold. Platinum is genuine solid 950. Jewelry is hallmarked. Gemstones are of high quality – we choose each gemstone individually.
We can issue a external company gemological-jewelry report for your order. Otherwise diamond rings and all our other jewelry are certified by us – Benati (upon request).
Your covered by your credit card company for “not as advertised product” and paying via PayPal your transactions is completely protected too. We are always here to help if anything comes up.
During the inspection period of 14 days you may inspect or independently appraise your jewelry locally. We offer a no questions asked 14 days money refund guarantee (minus shipping). The 14 days are from the day you receive your order.

Do you offer engraving service?

Yes, we offer laser engraving services for items purchased from us. You can even choose the type of font you want to use. For more details please contact us.

Do I need to pay taxes or duties?

Shipping to the US does not require additional taxes or duties. Other countries may require tax/duties – which are the buyers responsibility.

How long does it take to make and deliver after payment?

We usually allow apporx. 14 business days to craft your order and approx. 2-3 business days for express shipping to most major cities world wide.

Do you offer a warranty?

We offer a limited life time warranty on all of our jewelry. If anything comes up – were always here to help you!.

We can’t be responsible for damage done to your jewelry by another jeweler. If you have a jeweler work on the jewelry in any way, example: ring sizing, your warranty is void.

There is no warranty for breakage/damage/loss for diamonds, gemstones or lab created stones. Rhodium plating that has worn off. If you want your center stone or jewelry covered against theft, loss, damage, or more – You can insure your jewelry through your home owner’s Insurance.

Our warranty applies only to the original buyer, and does not include shipping services.
