Although I had some initial problems with payment via the website (I tried using ideal, which didn’t work for me. Then I tried the contact form but ran into another error), once the payment was through the ordering process was incredibly smooth.

The pendant is adorable indeed, it’s really beautifully crafted and looks lovely.
Ben and his team have performed a “Miracle” bu helping me get a replacement of my wedding band (lost in the hospital) just in time for my 39th anniversary.!
