Custom design projects usually take approx. 2-6 business weeks for the design and a additional approx. 2-3 business weeks for crafting physically – unless stated otherwise by us in a personal conversation.
Shipping via express service takes approx. 2-7 business days to most major cities world wide.

Absolutely love the ring set. I ended up commissioning an engagement ring and two additional bands (wedding, and a anniversary) and they are just stunning. The time difference in emails is one thing to keep in mind but the wait is definitely worth it. Great work, great care, just a great experience overall.

The ring is lovely and my wife was very pleased with it. It does take a while to make and the extra $20 for 2-4 day shipping isn’t accurate so I wouldn’t waste paying that extra.

Basically I needed a family heirloom recreated that was stolen from someone very special to me many years ago. I bought a pre-made design from Benati for my fiance's engagement ring, and we loved it so much we decided we wanted to have custom designs made with related motifs for our actual wedding rings as well.
We had really specific ideas in mind for the custom designs, and Ben was extremely patient and accommodating, going through multiple rounds of revision with us on the designs. He was very easy to work with and understood exactly what we wanted as we explored the designs. The rings turned out beautiful! We couldn't be happier.

I had designed my wife and my wedding rings and Ben worked with me to make my vision become a beautiful reality. Very positive and amenable to changes in a designs direction. He also offered helpful advice to someone who's not familiar with the process of making jewelry. Ben was also very quick to respond to questions and suggestions, never taking more than a day to respond. Over all just a lovely experience.

Beautiful ring, very attentive and diligent customer service, shipped quickly…. I really don't know what more I could ask for. They ask all the questions that need to be asked for them to be able to deliver the ring that you want. At one point, they found a gemstone that differed slightly from the one I originally ordered but they thought would work well with the ring so they politely asked what I thought of it (I decided to go with it). This indicates to me that they genuinely care about their craft. And most importantly, she liked it! I absolutely recommend this shop.
