Although I had some initial problems with payment via the website (I tried using ideal, which didn’t work for me. Then I tried the contact form but ran into another error), once the payment was through the ordering process was incredibly smooth.

The ring is unique and exquisite. Friends and family loved it and felt it was "me", as did I. The design is delicate and beautiful–it has been a month since our wedding and I still can't stop looking at it. Yet, it also has a satisfyingly wide and durable band at the back and quality overall construction. It was ready in advance of the date and when the size turned out to be slightly too small, Ben was kind enough to arrange for it to be resized for no extra charge on the spot, the same day I picked it up (I happened to be travelling through Tel Aviv). He clearly loves what he does and was very helpful, responsive and pleasant to interact with.
