Nathan Isherwood –
Ben comes highly recommended. The constant updates he sent whilst making the ring and after sale communication was excellent. He kindly fast tracked the order for a specific date I had in mind to propose. The quality of this ring is flawless. She absolutely adores it and can't stop staring at it. Excellent craftsman and salesman.

I was worried about buying a ring on Etsy since I wouldn't be able to try it on before buying/creating it, but Ben worked with me tirelessly to create a custom ring that was right for me. Ben was so descriptive and responsive when communicating with me and incredibly meticulous in his craftsmanship, all to make sure he got the ring just right. When I placed the final order for the ring, I had to request a quick turnaround time since my wedding was in two weeks. He got our rings to us well in advance and saved me from any last-minute panic. More importantly, the final product ended up being more beautiful and more unique than I had imagined. I couldn't be happier!
