I was worried about buying a ring on Etsy since I wouldn't be able to try it on before buying/creating it, but Ben worked with me tirelessly to create a custom ring that was right for me. Ben was so descriptive and responsive when communicating with me and incredibly meticulous in his craftsmanship, all to make sure he got the ring just right.
