The ring is beautiful and the service was great. The ring took longer to get than I expected which was going to ruin my engagement plans as I deployed before its original delivery date but when I emailed them about it I was able to get it right on time no problem. Absolutely saved me. The price is great for its beauty and quality.

Ben made the most wonderful ring for my lovely lady’s engagement ring. I chose one of the his ring designs which I knew she would love but I wanted it with natural emeralds of larger size. Ben found two beautiful stones within my budget. The process was seem less and he was very prompt with communications including videos of the emeralds after he had procured them and then with the final product. I highly recommend making Benati your go to for ring purchases. We are so happy with the final product.

I bought this ring with high expectations and was still blown away when it arrived! Not only is it a unique and beautiful design, it is of very high quality workmanship, easily on par with or exceeding the quality of anything I've ever seen in a jewelry store. Ben is an skilled artist, and was very helpful and friendly with all my questions and in customizing the ring, including special ordering a Moissanite stone. I can't recommend Ben and this gorgeous ring highly enough. Even the veteran jeweler I took the ring to for resizing(my fault, not Ben's) was very impressed with the quality and beauty of the ring.

This ring is everything that I'd hoped for. Ben was very prompt with all questions and concerns, especially with my concerns in shipping. He couldn't have been more professional, especially when shipping updates seemed not existent and I feared the worst. He offered to start a new ring and ship it to me, 2 day courier. Luckily we got on update that day and I received my ring the next.
The actual ring is amazing and I will absolutely be a return customer. If you have any reservations about buying from overseas, don't have them with this shop. You won't be disappointed.
