I am the now fiance who accepted this lovely engagement ring. I recommended your shop to Pawel, which I had had bookmarked for several years, after having looked it over and seen MANY designs that I found beautiful. I gave general guidelines (not too bulky, white gold and no diamond), and Pawel is the one who chose the actual ring in the end. He says that you were professional, responsive, and that you had completed the order faster than anticipated.
As for the ring itself: It's so beautiful, unique and flawless! Really great craftsmanship. I've been told it's an eye-catcher, especially the lovely green stone. It fits perfectly and doesn't bother me, I wear it all the time except when I'm doing dishes or painting.

From the moment I ordered the ring to when it arrived I recieved an awesome amount of support from Ben personally. I was nervous to begin with because I was planning to propose to my girlfriend, so I was anxiously tracking every step and he was so helpful. Delivery was prompt and on time and very securely wrapped (multiple layers), and when I opened it I couldn't have been happier, it was even more beautiful in person than the photos. The most important thing for me and my girlfriend has always been our relationship and not objects (so a ring wasn't necessary for either of us) that being said, to have been able to find such a beautiful and personally significant ring to serve as a physical representation or totem of our commitment meant so much.
